You know it is really irritating to keep explaining to people that my baby is a GIRL and not a BOY while it is so obvious that she:
1. is wearing pink;
2. has pink socks on;
3. is sitting in a red pram with pink cushion;
4. wears a yellow duckie rattle on her wrist;
5. and the list can go on, I think..
The abovementioned are all girly mah.
You don't judge a book by its cover right? So how can you assume a baby's gender just by looking at whether he/ she got hair or not.
It's a pity that Gladys' hair is not growing at a normal rate but trust me, it IS growing!
How I regret agreeing to her daddy's suggestion to shave her bald so that she'll have thicker hair. So what if I have that TaiMaoBi, it's just sitting there somewhere in the cupboard.
Today, when I was getting mooncakes, the mooncake delivery man was so in a rush, but he stopped to play with Gladys a bit. Then he turned to me and asked: "Your baby is a boy hor."
YA RITE! Pink = Boy?
GRRRR....
It was also at this time that I got my change back from the cashier and I almost fainted when I found a dead, dried, crushed, tiny baby roach on the underside of my receipt.
Then this same 'humourous' delivery man just tore off that corner and returned me my torn receipt. Haha, so not funny.
I had wanted to use that to demand more mooncakes mah.
Anyway, it's Gladys 1st time celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival and her dear daddy bought her a huge lantern.
It is so big that Kitty's head is twice the size of Gladys'. But I think she really loves it coz she can't stop licking it.
But, the downside is that it comes with that Korean drama, DaChangJin song. Kaoz..
